Insofar as real life ranking structure is concerned, the following ranks below for the nations listed below are correct.  For the purpose of this work, a ranking structure for NERV was created.  Note that this ranking system is not canon; though ranks are mentioned in the Evangelion anime and manga, no actual ranking structure has been explained in full.

Also not that at this time, there is no clear equivalent as to who is equal to who in the ranking structure insofar as nations are concerned.  While one does exist for in between nations, obviously NERV as a fictional group has no bearing on the real life equivalents, and I don't feel the need to use them at this time.
